Francis J. Discipio

The principal of the firm, Francis J. Discipio, has been practicing law for almost twenty years. Mr. Discipio is a veteran trial attorney and has successfully tried cases in both workers' compensation and personal injury. Throughout his practice, Mr. Discipio has defended cases on behalf of large insurance companies such as Traveler's Insurance Company, Alexis Insurance Company, Cambridge Insurance Company, and the Illinois Insurance Guarantee Fund. Working on behalf of plaintiffs in personal injury cases and petitioners in workers' compensation cases, Mr. Discipio has also prosecuted many claims against the above insurance companies and many others. Mr. Discipio has been admitted to practice in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
